World Best Formula One (F1) Drivers
Michael Schumacher is the first name that strikes in everyone’s mind when the word of talk of the sport Formula 1 happens. He is the only player who has won seven Formula One World Championship. F1 or Formula 1 is the racing competition of open-wheel racing cars. It is one of the most extravagant sporting events in the world. Lewis Hamilton is the defending World Driver’s Champion. He won his 5th championship title in the previous championship in 2018. Michael Schumacher is one of the top richest sportsman in the world.
However, even being the current Formula One Champion, Lewis is not the highest-paid drivers on the grid.

Sebastian Vettel, Earns $60 million
Born in 3rd July 1987, Sebastian is a German racing driver and races for Scuderia Ferrari. He has won the formula one for four times and have won consecutive titles from 2010 to 2013.
In 2015, Vettel signed a contract with Ferrari till 2021. He has many records under his belts like a number of youngest records in Formula One along with the record for most consecutive wins and many others. Thus, there is no doubt that he is the most paid F1 driver.
Lewis Hamilton, Earns $50 million
He is the 2018 F1 Championship winner and as per news, he is soon going to overtake Vettel in the field of money too. Born in 7th January 1985, Lewis is a British racing driver who races for Mercedes-AMG in the Formula 1.
He is the five time Formula One Champion and is considered as the best driver of this generation.
There is news that Mercedes is going to offer a new and bumper contact to Hamilton which will make him the top money spinner. But it is not yet done in pen and paper, so we need to wait for the confirmation.
Kimi Raikkonen, Earns $40 million
Also called as the “Iceman”, Kimi is the second best driver of Ferrari after Vettel. Born in 17th October 1979, Kimi is the only driver to have a race wins in V10, V8, and the Hybrid V6 engine eras.
Fernando Alonso, Earns $30 million
Born in 29th July 1981, Fernando is a two-time Formula One World Champion. He may not be rocking the grid lately, but he is one of the most talented drivers. There is huge speculation going on that he could be picked by Ferrari or Mercedes for his one last contract.
